   This is a well-made model except for one very important area: the handles. Within the first use, the handles broke off! My mom is looking for her receipt to see if she can apply the warranty. It’s pretty disappointing though, because this used to be a really good brand. I have Olympia bags from the late ’90s that are still in great condition after lots of use.
