    First of all, this bag retails from $278 and is in stores everywhere. BUT, it has a major flaw… The straps are very thin and not sewn on well. I bought this bag for the summer in pink and in less than 2 months the handles broke. I took it back and got a refund. Then I went online and read lots of terrible reviews saying the same thing. Wish I had read about it first…. Seems to have been a problem everywhere. Poorly made! Do not buy this!

    originally i bought the bronze hand bag which the finish was rubbing off after 30 days. crazy. i insisted for replacement or refund. took this bag, now straps have broke. Kors need to take a page out of Dooney & bourke book. never had a problem with workmanship in 30yrs
