    Verified Purchase(What’s this?)
Was so excited about this bag, but very disappointed and returning it for the following reasons:
    – Spinner wheels don’t work well. I can push/pull just fine as I would a regular roller bag, but can’t roll it completely upright or sideways. As one person commented, it’s like a shopping cart with a bad wheel, and won’t roll in a straight line.
    – Took the bag on one trip via US Air and checked the bag for 3 of 4 legs (each flight had a transfer, so 4 planes overall). Already shows fraying along some piping and some of the plastic edging was shaved off. Already looks more worn than my 10+ year old roller that has been on several trips.
    – Will fit in overhead compartment, but just barely within specs. At one point I was stopped by airport staff to confirm bag was within guidelines, and they nearly made me check it. It did fit in the overhead, but would not have fit if I’d ended up near the compartment door hinges, or if I had put anything in the outside pockets. While it can fit, there’s a good chance it won’t, or the airline won’t let you try … too many potential hassles at a time when you just want to get on board, seated, and out of everyone else’s way.

For what it’s worth, on the Pro side, the bag has great compartments, and is light weight. I love the fabric/built-in handles, and the orange color was fantastic. I could see this being a good bag for car travel or on trips where the flight isn’t full.
