I bought this yesterday for $130 and it is on sale today for $123. Either way, it is an excellent deal. Local stores in Tampa sell it for $190. It is very well constructed and is slightly better than my wife’s Swiss brand 24 inch spinner. There are two net zippered pouches that run the length of the inside body. The lid is divided in half with a net zippered pouch on the lower half and a plastic zippered pouch on the upper half. There is a removable insert for suites/shirts. I recommend this suite case. Just got back from a 10 day trip and this luggage worked great. Easy to get in / out of the rental car, easy to roll around the airport and rental car station, and held everything I needed.

I liked the luggage and was happy with it when I received it.
Unfortunately, the handle on the side tore off the on the very first flight I used the luggage. The rivet tore right out of the side.
I opened support ticket RF001392437. Warranty Support answered quickly and sent me a return shipping label. So far, so good. I shipped it off yesterday.
We’ll see how it goes with Warranty Support and I’ll update this review.

The luggage is finally fixed well enough, but it took two returns.

Samsonite Warranty Support sent me a pre-paid return shipping label to send the luggage off to Wisconsin for repair. And the luggage was returned within a couple weeks. They did a terrible job with the repair. They just used some huge hardware store rivet through the handle. They didn’t even reattach the metal support for the handle, and the rivet left jagged edges protruding into the interior that would tear the liner and whatever is inside.

So, I called Warranty Support again. They were quick to help and sent me another pre-paid return shipping label. I asked them to use a different shop and they sent the luggage to Ohio this time.

The repair shop in Ohio did a good repair. They didn’t use OEM rivets either, but the hardware they used was good enough and didn’t create any problems.

So, it turned out good enough.
