   I should have returned this. The wheels are out round and when pulling the case, it vibrates, pulls to one side, and takes excessive effort. Customer service required me to take it to a very out of the way location. I previously had 2 Ricardo bags that I loved. But something has changed. I won’t buy another. Screws came out of handle also.
