It survived 6 back to back flights and one cruise ship. Nothing broke, got scratches and scuffs here and there. Maybe some will clean up. Nothing fell off, nothing dangling all wheels still tracking in the same direction.
My $700 Tumi bag handle got broken off on the first trip. The idiot at the airport forced it closed instead of pushing in the button. My Samonite wheels go in all different directions after a few flights. I used to fight this bag from curb to curb.
Either the bag handlers got some additional bag training or this bag is better made. Hope that latter is the case.

Airline weight limits have made packing for vacation travel a real pain in the rear. Having used a very high quality Briggs & Riley 29″ bag for many years, I finally realized that some of my weight management problem was in the luggage itself. I searched and researched just about every brand of lightweight luggage made and finally decided on this model from RICARDO. There are so many makes and models to temp you that selection must be very judicious and I eventually learned that low cost should not be the first or only criteria. Always look for prior owners experience before deciding to buy as many of the low cost models will not hold up to the rigors of baggage handlers. This particular model gets very high marks and deserves them. I will not go into all its special features as others have done a good job of that. I do feel that I made an excellent decision and after more use, I will add to this revue. Bye the way, this large bag is 7# lighter than the same sized Briggs & Riley 29 incher!

Survived a long haul flight to Cape Town, South Africa, with two connections, still looks and feels great, so far it appears to be a very solid case, compared to my Samsonite that completely fell apart (I’ll never buy Samsonite again), it has a separate zipper in the case that closes off the main storage area, which I thought was cool for dirty clothes or liquids, or anything else you may want to separate. Loved the pockets for shoes and the zippers, everything I added felt like it had a spot and fit perfectly. I like it how it has a hook that can be used to attach other bags, had no issues with wheels and mobility, cases again feels very solid, I would recommend!
