   This item came completely broken up even though the outer and inner packaging was fine. It feels like someone put it in the box this way, which is so disappointing at the holiday time.

   brought it that is part of my daughter’s gift. We keep it unopened in order to surprise her on her birthday. It is so disappointed that it is a broken on side, and since we ordered a month ago, it passed return time.
