I was looking for an adult diaper for a friend who is unable to walk since about a year ago following a bad stroke. My main concern was absorbancy, and this is a pretty amazing product in that sense, for I tested the diaper when they first arrived to see how much it could hold and still remain dry to the skin. First tried about 20 fl oz. of water… no problem. I tried 30, still fine.. heavy, but good. I tried 40 (which no one on the planet could possibly produce that much urine within an 8 hour period, I don’t think) – It held it. I think the final amount before it finally showed signs of leaking was 55 oz, I was so amazed I kind of lost track. LoL! So yeah, these are pretty absorbent and the only thing I was not real happy with was how they looked, for I had kind of assumed that being an “adult” diaper, they might be less “baby looking” and maybe have a more skin-color, or earth-tone, to them.. but hey, you can’t have everything, and I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a performance product, and isn’t so much getting it with cosmetic purposes in mind. 4.99 stars.

Don’t get me wrong here, these things hold a ton of liquid without worry. Even sitting down and moving around they barely leak. The only complaint I have is the tapes aren’t very sticky, so whether I use the blue or white tapes they occasionally will pull away and need stuck back on. I actually found that the upper tapes hold better than the lower ones, and had to use duct tape to hold the lower ones. Maybe it was just a bad one that didn’t have much stickiness on it or something, but all in all they work really well. Extremely comfortable, and they are a huge change from the plain white that I normally see. I will definitely buy these again and recommend them to anyone who needs them. They are well worth the cost. Also, they do have a poly backing, but they are extremely quiet under any clothing. They aren’t super bulky so they aren’t noticeable from that perspective, either. They are even silent when you aren’t wearing anything except for them. I always thought that poly backed ones were noisy but these have proved me wrong. Thank you.

I am so glad to have found these briefs for my daughter. With most of the companies providing incontinence protection going to inferior and practically useless products like those resembling pull-ups, and ill-fitting briefs with scanty padding that will barely contain a few tablespoons of fluid – THANK YOU MOLICARE! Without Molicare briefs, I always had 3-5 loads of laundry just from wet bedding every day. With Super-Plus Molicare there is never a leak. Yes, they are more expensive per brief, but when you factor in all that laundry, and bed linen replacement from frequent washing, and that TIME involved in laundry! Quite a savings. Makes me (and my daughter)much happier!
