I spent 4 months looking for a computer/work bag that looked professional yet stylish. I mid-20’s with a lot of interviews and talking to professors for graduate school. As much as I wish I was a minimalist, I’m not. I always have my huge Nalgene water bottle, an extra layer of clothes, and books. Not to mentions my huge Dell laptop charger. I bought and returned so many bags, and interviews were approaching! Finally I found this bag, and it was worth every penny. It’s weather proof which is important in Seattle; no rain will get in. The endless pockets inside and out are incredible. My laptop and all my important documents are safe. Only thing is, my shoulder will start to hurt after a day at the airport, but that’s my out dated, heavy laptop’s fault (and again, my fault of over packing). As with any shoulder bag, carrying it around may get tiresome. But this bag is a winner through travel and all! I get soooo many compliments on it, too :)

I love this backpack. It is a bit bulkier then I had expected but I’m ok with it. The Velcro on the mollie webbing is very sturdy and has excellent “stick” to it. I had read and watched so many reviews on this before buying it (due to the pricing) and I’m not disappointed. There are lots of ways to customize it and I had planned on buying some other pouches but to be honest with all the pouches on it already I didn’t need to buy anything else. The two green patches on the front can be moved around as they are also Velcro so that was nice.

The top cover thing is “shaped” with some sort of cardboard or maybe a really thin plastic…I’m not quite sure but that is the only thing that bugs me a bit. When you open the top it tries to flip back to the shut position and if you try to bend it so it stays open it puts a kink in it. I guess the only time it bothers me is when I’m trying to dig some smaller items out and it keep flipping shut on me lol. Its not bad, just annoying. Maybe that will go away with time and usage.

All the straps are of great quality. The buckles are a bit cheap in my opinion. I was honestly surprised at this considering the quality of all the other parts of the bag. I’m sure if one broke I could figure out a way to replace it, but care does need to be given when squeezing them during the unlocking process or if you accidently try to buckle it shut a bit crooked it will definitely strain the plastic. For the cost Razer would have done well to use metal buckles.

The overall material is great. For pet owners it does attract pet hair. I have a dog, cat, and ferret and it seem to be using my little lint roller on it pretty often but that comes from me setting it on the floor.

As stated in the description of the bag it is a bit heavy even when its empty so this isn’t for those with a weak back :) I mean I’m a bit of a sissy and I can carry it around no problem but then again I haven’t loaded it to the gills either.

The padding and protection seems to be good. The headphone thing in the center section is a bit absurd in my opinion. It does have a zipper portion to store smaller headsets and ear buds and things like that but according to Razer it is actually used to put your headset over. So its like a support. You can put the cords and things in the zipper part, then Velcro it to the inside section and then place your headset on top of it like you would hang it on a headphone stand. I feel like I’m describing that poorly but once you see what it looks like I think you’ll get what I’m trying to say. I honestly don’t use that feature at all because it doesn’t really provide any headset protection, just a place to hang then inside the bag. I pack them tightly along the side and that works.

    Overall I love it :)

Honestly.. I wish this bag came into my life earlier. Just the sheer amount of stuff you can fit in this bag is remarkable. Just recently I went to a couple trips over seas and was able to fit the following items:
    15″ Laptop
    An IPad Mini
    A 10 Keyless Mechanical Keyboard
    Mousepad
    Bluetooth Portable Keyboard
    Pocket Projector
A Hard Shell Case Containing An Array of Chargers and Adapters
    A TB Media Drive
    Two Gaming Mice
    A Bluetooth Speaker
    3 External Batteries
    Water Bottle and Snacks.

As you can see this was all able to fit with in the bag without any problems trying to remove them (had them in an organized case). Every item was easily removed and put back without any specific order in mind. The bag has and will continue to serve its purpose throughout my endeavors in the future because it is one awesome bag that you should get. The quality as is something to behold because with all the stuff that I was able to carry it has truly upheld its quality. This definitely deserves a Definite-Go from me!
