This merchandise did not come at all, I had to email the company to inquire to the whereabouts of the product. They obligingly sent the merchandise then. Then after two weeks of use my daughter showed me that the strap had started to come apart at the seams. This a shame coz the bag itself looks nice, just not well made.

I love this back pack! i am a freshman in college, so i was looking for something more on the cheaper side from the start. i found this back pack and was skeptical about getting it from reading the reviews. It came about two weeks after i ordered it and i love it so much. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. I was worried that it would be tiny in size, but its not. Its the size of an average back pack, and i love the laptop sleeve. Its perfect for carrying the notebooks etc that i need for class but also having room for my macbook. i recommend this product.
