This is a really-well designed camera bag, and works great with my Canon Powershot SX50-HS. Main compartment holds camera snugly and safely, and there’s enough room in the other compartments for an extra battery, ESB cable, shutter remote cable, and SD cards. Nicely made, and recommended. I do wish it was a tad bigger, though, but that’s just a personal preference.

Just received my VG Laurel DSLR Bag. My SX50 fits easily with the lens hood & shoulder strap attached. The bag is a great quality with great zippers. I have a couple lens filters, a microfiber lens cleaning cloth, extra memory card and a bottle of cleaning solution in the storage side of the bag. There is extra room in the camera side, so I’ve stuffed a remote shutter switch and a lens brush in there with the camera. There is a nice little handle on top of the bag. The shoulder strap has very heavy-duty swivel clips that attach to heavy-duty D-rings on the bag. The shoulder strap can be adjusted to a maximum of 48″ D-ring -to- D-ring.

Works perfectly for my Canon SX50 HS. Should work with almost any of the super zoom bridge cameras like it. Enough room for an extra battery, SD cards, remote shutter release, tripod camera plate, cleaning cloth, and thats about it. Which is fine for this kit. Protects the camera well and when you open the zipper the camera tilts out, very convenient. Doesnt look like the camera will fit in the bag if you have a hood attached though. No biggie, hang it on the strap.
