Comfortable, extremely worth the price. My skin is often easily irritated so the hypoallergenic cover is fantastic.

Got the thing today. It was rolled up in a duffel bag so tightly that I couldn’t dislodge it from the duffle bag so I had to cut the duffle bag off. Then the thing was flat. Like a hard pancake. I tossed it on my bed and went to work, figuring it would air out and fluff itself up in 10hours. Wrong. I read the instructions and decided I would wash it to see if it would fluff up. I put it in my front loading, no agitator, high efficiency washer under “quick wash” cold water, as per the instructions on the tag. I pulled it out to dry and the inside of the pillow is ripped. It looks like there are all these shreds inside a foam piece, dropped in a pantyhose pillow shaped liner and then dropped in a pillowcase that says bamboo all over it. So now this foam piece is ripped inside and I can see the pieces and I’m just not very impressed with the quality, since the material keeping it from spilling into the pillowcase is SOOO thin. I wouldn’t have even washed the thing if it hadn’t been hard as a rock, thin as a pancake. :(
I haven’t even slept on the thing yet and it’s already ripped.
