They randomly sent me Orange and Blue. They work really well and are high quality. Managed to get my two suitcases across the world multiple times. They’re still working!

They’re both assembled wrong. The strap is threaded around the wrong bar of the clasp so there’s no tightening grip on the strap. The end retainer buckle is upside down so it is almost impossible to slide when tightening. And it’s all riveted so it can’t be fixed without tearing it apart. Just appalling lack of attention. There’s no way anyone tried to use this at the factory, or they’d see the ridiculously obvious, simple, and fatal errors in assembling these.
Fail. Totally.
