I got these bags for the sole purpose of pasteurizing straw and other substrate for mycology. They held up Really well, and are able to be used over and over. I’m more than pleased.

Arrived quickly. Used for a treasure hunt for son’s safari party and worked perfectly! Now i can think of so many more ways to use. Will purchase again.

These burlap bags are of decent enough quality. For the purposes of my project, I would have preferred to use some reclaimed burlap bags but I was unable to find any supply.
These will certainly do the trick – I’m going to use them to cultivate mushrooms. However, in prepping the mixture to grow the mushrooms, I found it pretty difficult to clean the inside of the bag, but found a solution.
If you plan on re-using these bags for growing purposes, turn them inside-out first. it will make them MUCH easier to clean.
