Helpful for what it is — case briefs. Keep in mind, however, that these briefs do not always have all the relevant details squared away — I usually read the briefs before skim-reading the entire case in the actual text and have found on numerous occasions that the briefs missed key connecting facts/explanations so you should *read* this with a grain of salt. Also, the issue/rule formatting here is not very helpful, it’s just the same phrase restated for both sections and not very indicative of the relevant tests/factors/reasoning in the rules that govern the decisions (e.g. ISSUE: Whether the sky is blue, RULE: The sky is blue). The rules tend to be more conclusory/not helpful and the analysis portions aren’t very explanatory, either. That being said, the fact summaries make this supplement a solid “teaser” that will let you know what you’re getting yourself into before reading a case that turns out to be extremely long and convoluted.

The pullout outline at the beginning of the book is also extremely helpful and gives a great overview of contract, December 27, 2015

These outlines are extremely helpful – especially during the finals crunch time. The pullout outline at the beginning of the book is also extremely helpful and gives a great overview of contracts.
